Make the most of your day with our convenient delivery service!

Have your free beach rental items delivered directly to your hotel for a small fee, so you can start enjoying Waikiki with ease.

How It Works

  • Each partner hotel has designated delivery times (see below). We visit each property once per day and items are both picked up and dropped off during the designated delivery window.
  • Pre-registered guests can pick up their free rental items during these windows.
  • Items are still free, you’re only paying for the convenience of delivery.
  • Delivery fee: Pickup and Drop-off combined is $30.
  • Included in this fee, you can hold the items overnight and return them the next morning, the same time and place for your dropoff.
  • If you choose to drop items off at our store, you’ll receive a $15 refund for the drop-off portion.
  • Guests who miss their designated pick-up window can still visit the store and redeem their free credits.

Hotels and Delivery Times

  • Romer Ambassador: 7:30 – 7:50 AM at valet. Late pick-ups available from the bellman.
  • Courtyard Marriott Waikiki: 7:55AM – 8:25 AM curbside on Kuhio Ave.
  • Romer House: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM at the loading dock on Nahua. Exit the front door and turn left. Shared spot with Hilton Garden Inn.
  • Hilton Garden Inn: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM AM off Nahua. Exit the front door and turn right.
  • Alohilani: 9:05 AM – 9:35 AM directly at valet.

Drop-Off Procedure

  • Guests must meet the delivery van at the designated location each morning.
  • Payment for the delivery service is required upon meeting the van (credit/debit card only).
  • Guests can take the items to any location on the island.

Pick-Up Procedure

  • Guests must return the items to the designated location the next morning for pick-up.
  • Items must be cleaned of sand before return. A $5 fee per item will be charged for sandy items.
  • Guests who miss the pick-up window will be charged $15 per item for late returns.
  • Guests can opt to keep items overnight for $30/3 items, with advance notice required.
  • Guests who leave items unattended, in hotel rooms, or with the valet will be charged the replacement cost.

While Jamie O’Brien School of Surf offers experiences for surfers of all skill levels, we specialize in introducing beginners and first-time surfers to the sport through personalized instruction on premium equipment. Guests can expect top-quality experiences in a private and/or public setting complete with professional media packages and signature merchandise on offer in a completely redesigned retail space in Twin Fin Waikiki fronting Kalakaua Ave.
